Athena’s Empire: Prologue

The year is 2596 AC (after collision), earth was invaded by the guardians, when their planet collided with ours, mankind welcomed them as brothers in their planet, so naïve they were. The guardians are beings that roam the galaxies, they are known in many cultures and regions by different names, however they all agree that they are the protectors of mankind. So the guardians ruled the earth, their system is simple and to be honest effective, they became the judge and the jury of the entire planet, accept them as rulers and be their slaves. Enslaved by these creatures, mankind started to come to their senses and finally realized that these creatures are not the mythical guardians and certainly not like the stories that the elders have shared with the youngsters, they are the planet conquerors of Athena.

The guardians scheme was to infiltrate a planet and search for the most powerful creatures that have influence upon their people from each part of the planet and spread the tales of guardians and how they are the protectors of the galaxies, and so they shared their stories with the rulers to disperse it to his nation, the rulers who comply with their orders would be spared from humiliation and be given powerful weapons, each planet was given 30 years after which they will come and collect their new planet for their ever-growing empire. When they landed first on earth in 1001, I fought them and managed to imprison most of them while the others fled. The second time they visited, I was chained to 2 tons of metal cubes and thrown off of a ship. When I managed to come out, and returned to my manor, the prisoners told me all that I now know, I planned for more than 90 years earth years. I isolated myself and manor from mankind, and managed create an mirroring effect on my manor that makes it invisible to humans, and I painted it with the goo that my prisoners’ have helped me create, to make the manor invisible to the guardians and their technology. They were no longer prisoners, we became friends after I told them that we are like them we are superior over all creatures on earth, and that we are not animals, and so I taught them about mankind and they taught me their knowledge and since then they rebelled from the race and became part of my family; resistance.

For over a decade, I travelled and spread the word that the guardians are going to come, to collect their debt from the fools who have helped them spread the lies amongst mankind, but with no hope, I was shunned, ridiculed and sometimes tortured by the kings. I am ashamed to admit this, but I was angry, angry at everything the resembles mankind, and so I started writing scriptures, engraved on the walls of the caves, tales of how the guardians are going to visit and mankind must be cautious of such creatures as they are conquerors, I thought that since they liked tales, their going to love this, my intent was to let them know truth about the guardians, however the rulers intervened, they either misinterpreted my scriptures or altered the meaning of my warnings and rewrote the scriptures in a way that will benefit them, little did they know, all mankind will be enslaved no one will be spared, mankind is now at the bottom of the food chain, animals live freely, everything was destroyed and rebuilt back to earth 001, when mankind was without any technology, where the only objective that everyone has on their minds is what to hunt, how can I provide for my family, except their freedom is slipped away from them. I alone, have all the technology and life of the year 0AC.
